I took a quick trip home in May to say a quick hello to the family and friends, as well as a goodbye to my dear friend Taylor who is in Africa for the summer. It is always sad to know you aren’t going to see a friend for a while, but I always remind myself that it isn’t goodbye, rather an “I’ll see ya later.” It was so great to go home, and see everyone. It really makes me realize what an amazing family I have, as well as a great group of friends that has become family too. I know I could count on certain people at home for anything, and I really miss them and hate that I can’t see them more often. Much love to my family and friends in Boise.

Oh and a little history on the awkward family photo…..throughout
senior year Kelly, Tommy, Taylor and I all became a little family. We were
always watching out for each other and were constantly together. Anyway, one
holiday we decided to have a family photo, and the tradition has been carried
out ever since! It is kind of fun to look back and see all of them! Heheh
